End of tenancy cleaning in Romiley & Stockport
Move-out cleans to letting-agent checklist standard, with the oven included and a re-clean guarantee.
Quick answer
End of tenancy cleaning from Propatidy costs £195 for a 1-bed, £235 for a 2-bed and £320 for a 3-bed home, with the oven clean included. We work to the checklists letting agents and inventory clerks use, and come back free if anything is flagged within 48 hours.
Most deposit deductions come down to cleaning: the oven, limescale, inside the kitchen cupboards and dust on the skirting. Our move-out clean is built around the checklist inventory clerks actually use.
We clean empty properties for tenants, landlords and letting agents across Romiley, Bredbury, Woodley, Marple Bridge, Hazel Grove and Offerton. The oven is always included, because that is the first thing an agent checks.

How it works
- Send the details. Bedrooms, bathrooms, move-out date and a copy of your check-in inventory if you have one.
- Book the slot. We clean after your belongings have gone and before the check-out inspection.
- Guarantee. If the agent or landlord flags any cleaning item within 48 hours, we return and put it right free.
End of tenancy cleaning: common questions
How much is an end of tenancy clean for a 2-bed house?
£235 with the oven included. A 3-bed is £320 and a 1-bed £195. Carpet cleaning can be added at 15% off.
Will this get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard inventory clerks check against, and if a cleaning item is flagged within 48 hours we come back free. Deductions for damage or wear are outside any cleaner's control.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes, ideally. Furniture that stays is cleaned around and under where it can be moved safely.
Do you clean for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We can collect keys from the agent and send before-and-after photos.
