Who we are

Propatidy (“we”) is a home cleaning business based in Romiley, Stockport. For anything about your data, email hello@propatidy.co.uk or call 07852 128739.

What we collect and why

Quote requests: your name, phone, email, postcode, details about your home and any photos you send. We use these to reply and quote (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
Customers: your address, access details (such as key-safe codes), cleaning preferences and payment records, to provide the service and keep accounts (contract and legal obligation).
Analytics: only if you accept cookies (see below).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc. If you accept analytics cookies, Google collects anonymous usage data. We may share records with our accountant or insurer where needed.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for 6 years after our last job for tax purposes. Key-safe codes and access details are deleted when you stop using us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies
